A: This error occurs due to taking three readings in a row with the lid open.

 To clear this follow these instructions:

Press Shift, then Configuration, then scroll through the menu (using the up arrow), until you see “reset warnings”, press the Enter key, it should now read “completed”, press the Method key, it should now return to the original programme.

How do I clean my Hach CL-17 chlorine analyser
